Service at Charitable organization
Rabbi Yechiel Eckstein is one of the most popular personalities especially amongst the Jews. He is considered as the one who establish the charitable foundation which was mainly developed for the welfare of the Jews. It protected the Jews and served them with the basic needs. It also supported the military of Israel. Unfortunately he died on February 6 2019 and it has been the most shocking truth of the year.
Yechiel Eckstein was a rabbi and he started with the fellowship which became the second largest foundation for welfare of Israel. It helped the needy in form of medicines and food and also served the poor families of soldiers. Rabbi Eckstein held two citizenships in Israel and U.S. he has a wife and 3 daughters with first wife. His daughter Yael Eckstein is the present vice president of IFCJ. Eckstein passed away on Wednesday afternoon at the age of 67. He died from sudden heart failure and his funeral had been held on Thursday in Jerusalem. He was an author, philanthropist and also the activist who was well known for serving the Jewish organization. He established the organization and wished that the Jews and Christians work together for the safety and security of the community in Israel.
Service at Jewish agency
He served at number of organization including Jewish agency, Joint distribution agency and also at the anti-defamation league. He was a great person and he had the capability of bringing $1.4 billion donation in Israel. It was brought mainly from the evangelical Christian right from its beginning in 1983. The IFCJ reviews show that they assist the Jewish immigration on Israel and also arrange trips and other activities for the immigrants in Israel. His works will be remembered forever.
